Released in August of 2010 this special two-some didn’t need any gimmicks added to make them a stand out. The team at 24 Kilates chose to let the materials and silhouette do all of the talking, keeping it very simple. The tasteful design is similar on both pairs with the accents in blue and red drawing from their hometown, and very popular, football club. The accents are used sparingly though as grey dominates the build in a variety of different materials.

Choosing only the finest the Flimby factory had to offer, the sneakers were created using a mix of soft leather along with traditional nappy suede as well as perforated sections on the toebox and collar. The premium uppers sit atop the familiar Encap cushioning system down low. Finishing off the overall look of each sneaker were special hangtags with the 24 Kilates logo matching the accenting color. 2010 was a popular year for 24 Kilates sneaker collaborations, but these two might arguably be the best all around.
