Professional skateboarder and Nike SB team rider Reese Forbes designed a number of memorable sneakers over the years but this third go at the Dunk Low Pro may be the most memorable. The “Hunter” build got it’s nickname for its look and design that fits in with a classic hunter in the forest going after dinner.

What made the design special was the mixture of colors and materials featured that were not seen often. The upper is made up of a mixture of forest camouflage canvas with burlap. Zig-zag stitching, a unique feature in of itself, holds the panels together. Orange Blaze was used on the Swoosh, the midsole (another unique feature) and the thick, quilted liner. Even the laces were non-standard flat and fat skate options in natural white and brown. A unique sneaker all around, the “Hunter” Dunk Low Pro from the Nike SB pink box era is one of the most sought after.
