The next installment of our FAQ section will teach you how to set your default image. Whether you upload 1 photo or 8 you want to be sure to have your hard work seen by all. To make sure that other #sneakerholics can easily see the fruits of your labor; you have to be sure to set your default image. This guarantees your sneaker doesn’t pop up with the ‘Missing’ tag on it. Here we show you an example of how to that process works.
For this process we will showcase the classic Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” colorway uploaded by Kid Sneakerness. After you’ve completed filling in the information on a sneaker and go to the next page, you will be able to upload pictures. After that process is complete you then have the option to ‘Add or Manage Photos’. This is an essential step as this is where you set your default image. Click on the ‘Manage Photo’ link to whichever image you want as your default image, for this example it is the first image.
You will be then taken to the editing screen. To set your default image you will want to click the left box titled ‘In a Box?’ Then you will have to drag the box around the image of your sneaker. You will be able to preview what your image will look like on the right side under the ‘Preview Picture’. After that is complete just click the ‘Crop It’ button on the upper right corner of the image.
After that process you will return to the picture gallery and see that the image you chose now has the tag as ‘Main Photo’ under it. That’s it; you have now ensured that your image will be seen properly by everyone. You can also go into the other images to crop and edit them to your liking as well.
